Technical support is provided for the specific version of the product for the particular period of time. The subscription can be renewed for another term. If a product version is no longer supported, we stop offering subscription for this version support. However we keep providing support services to customers who still have active subscription.

Product Version Updates

After release of a new version you can purchase it with a discount. The amount of the discount for updating will be defined in each individual case depending on the initial product version and the number of required licenses and can vary significantly.
